Paul joined the PGA of Canada in 2011 as an Assistant at the Murray Golf Course in Regina. As an Assistant at the Murray, Paul was responsible for the Learn to Golf Program at the Lakeview Par 3 and was an instructor at the Diamond in the Rough development camp at Deer Valley Golf Course. In 2013, Paul won PGA of Saskatchewan Assistant of the Year.

In 2015, Paul became Director of Golf at the Long Creek Golf & Country Club in Avonlea. With the mission to increase junior golf in the Avonlea area, Paul was able to start a Junior Night that by 2018 had over 50 children participating.

Paul moved to the Tor Hill Golf Course in the spring of 2019 with the goal to increase junior golf throughout the city of Regina. His initiatives include Family Golf Nights at local schools, Learn to Golf Programs, as well as a junior league.

The highlight of Paul's golf career to date is teaming up with PGA tour winner, Dan Halldorson to compete in the 2013 Oktoberfest golf tournament.
